Michel Boucquillon

He begins his studies in Industrial Design at St. Luc de Mons Institute in Bruxelles, developing a sharp interest for mechanical engineering and technical drawing. The profitable cooperation with the architect Paolo Riani, legitimate heir of the Japanese Kenzo Tange, allows him to become professor of Architecture at New York’s Pratt Institue and Accademia in Florence, and to get in contact with some important international designers such as Michelucci, Adolfo Natalini, Elio di Franco, David Palterer. When he was just 26, the important project ordered to him by the European Parliament allowed him to become established among the international stage and to consolidate his qualities of refined designer, managing to transform traditional bathroom accessories into elegant instruments for open minded consumers.
