What do I do in case of receiving damaged package with DHL?

Should you receive damaged goods with the DHL delivery services you have the obligation to contact us immediately. You have the possibility of refusing the acceptance of the goods or return them for refund or conversion.
Please note that you will be asked for visual proof from the delivery with the damaged goods.
If the observation regarding the damage of the products comes afterwards the delivery, you are asked to contact us in term of 5 days and provide us all the information and proof that the goods were previously damaged in the transport process. Our staff will guide you through the process, do not hesitate to contact us!

What do I do in case of receiving damaged package with a transport company?

Should you receive damaged package delivered by a transport company you can refuse the acceptance of the goods and contact us immediately. You will be asked to provide visual proof of the damaged package and our staff will guide to through the process. In case of refusing the acceptance of the package you have the possibility to ask for a refund or conversion.
Please note that a statutory claim is needed in the moment of delivery for the signature of the transport agent. There for please note to contact us immediately.
