Should you decide to use the right to return the ordered goods, please note that you should take in consideration all the aspects of the situation, as following:

⦁ If the goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract, you must return the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract .

⦁ Should you exercise your right of returning the goods, you will have to bear the returning costs.
⦁ If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging, refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
⦁ In case of wanting to return damaged goods, eDezeen will fail to comply with your request, unless the goods have been received damaged, in which case the customer shall immediately indicate this to the delivery company as well as contact eDezeen by phone or other method of communication (email/postal message), so that eDezeen may claim its warranty rights. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
⦁ Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, pillow tops and mattresses).

⦁ Please note! Custom made products cannot be returned. Any items that have been personalized or modified to your specification cannot be returned. For exampleproducts that are made to order cannot be returned, as they are custom made for you. You can change your mind before the custom made item is sent to production. After your custom made item is delivered, you cannot return them for a refund. Also products where if you open them, they cannot be resold or used by others.
⦁ Please note: any good you decide to return, will be returned in it' s original packaging, without damage and with the invoice attached.
