Exoline products are clearly situated in the range of unrepeatable colouring and aesthetical values of wooden floors. Originality of these "exotic" things consists, first of all, in colouring, quite different than that of country sorts. Thanks to a rich "palette" of colours, beginning with various shades of brown, red, orange, yellow , and also green, purple and black colours, giant possibilities of interior space arrangement arise. Additionally, out-of-type dimensions of the elements, most often in the form of a board, make it possible to create a more roomy and "limpid" interior. 

An unimpairable advantage of some exotic wood sorts are their physical and mechanical properties, which affect usability values of such surfaces. The wood of certain sorts proves more "stable" than the wood of practically- known domestic sorts. Owing to the same, these sorts are employed in such areas as bathrooms, winter gardens, kitchens or outside terraces. 

Products classification:

GRADE I (Select) - Natural structure and color of the wood (need to take under consideration that because of the nature of dark color exotic wood, color differences might be more visible (especially in merbau, palisander, teak) but after direct daylight display it becomes more regular) no defects, sapwood, rarely small sounds knots up to 8 mm, dead knots up to 5 mm. Cracks allowed up to 20 mm, especially in ipe, sucupira, bengal sucupira. In some species as for example merbau, doussie, minerals are the natural characteristic of the wood and can not be taken as a claim. Dark stains for merbau acceptable. In specie black merbau ( this is only trade name), allowed diversified surface coloration, which is caused by different wood structure and chemical composition. To avoid mistakes during grade selection process, 2% of planks are acceptable as lower quality. With species like: afromosia, doussie, iroko-grade I is better selected. Advantage of straight flame, uniform colour, rarely small knots. With north american walnut , sound knots up to 10 mm possible, dead knots up to 5 mm allowed and sapwood which is natural characteristic for this specie.

GRADE II (Nature) - Flat and straight grains, natural discolorations, natural little sound knots max.15 mm, dead knots max.10 mm, black vein marked in some species. Sapwood and other defect not acceptable. Surface cracks allowed up to 30 mm. To avoid mistakes during grade selection process, 2% of planks are acceptable as lower quality. WARNING!!! For the black walnut selection, second grade is ABC, big knots up to 50 mm and cracks up to 20 cm, filled with the filler (for raw version knots are opened) are allowed, sapwood as well. Teak in varnished version with unlimited sapwood is stained.

GRADE III (Rustic) - Evident discolorations and grains structure, natural and contrast coloration, sound and dead knots allowed in any size , possible rarely sapwood and cracks, false heartwood. Biodegradation not allowed, except blue stains and insects galleries.
